The goal is decisions, not inbox zero

A good morning routine ends with clarity: what you will reply to, what can wait, and what never needed your attention.

Fifteen focused minutes beats an hour of reactive checking throughout the day.

Minutes 0-5: Read the briefing, not every thread

Start with a summary: how many replies are ready, what is urgent, and what was filed automatically.

If a tool prepared drafts overnight, scan subjects and senders first. Open details only for messages you will act on.

Minutes 5-12: Approve and edit replies

Work top-down by priority. Send replies that are already accurate. Edit ones that need a name, date, or softer tone.

Reject or dismiss mail that does not need a response so it does not reappear tomorrow.

Minutes 12-15: Schedule the rest

Move anything that needs deep thought to a later block on your calendar. Do not leave it sitting unread in the inbox as a reminder.

Close the tab. The inbox should not be your task list.

Automate the overnight work

replyt connects to Gmail or Outlook, classifies overnight mail, drafts replies in your voice, and presents a morning briefing you approve before anything sends.
