Accessibility Statement
株式会社 VLC International is committed to making replyt usable for as many people as possible. This statement describes our approach, known limitations, and how to get help.
1. Our commitment
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA where practicable for a modern web application. Accessibility is an ongoing effort across design, engineering, and content.
2. Measures we take
- Semantic HTML structure and labeled controls where feasible.
- Keyboard focus for primary interactive flows.
- Text alternatives for meaningful brand and UI icons where needed.
- Color contrast that targets readable text on primary surfaces.
- Responsive layouts for common desktop and mobile viewports.
3. Conformance status
replyt partially supports WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Some areas of the product—especially dense inbox review screens, third-party OAuth flows, and rich text or CMS content—may not yet fully meet every success criterion.
4. Known limitations
- Inbox and draft review interfaces are complex and may be harder to use with some assistive technologies.
- Google and Microsoft sign-in screens are controlled by those providers.
- User-generated or CMS HTML content may vary in accessibility quality.
- Some charts, animations, or decorative treatments may not expose full text alternatives.
5. Compatibility
replyt is designed to work with current major browsers (latest Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge). Assistive technology support may vary by browser, OS, and AT version.
6. Feedback and assistance
If you encounter an accessibility barrier, please contact us via the contact page and include the page URL, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology you use (if any). We will review feedback and aim to respond within a reasonable time.
7. Formal complaints
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate through applicable consumer or disability rights channels in your jurisdiction. We prefer to resolve issues directly whenever possible.
8. Preparation of this statement
This statement was prepared on July 30, 2026, based on self-evaluation of the replyt marketing site and application. We will update it as the product and our accessibility practices evolve.
